This handsome young man in his 20s was looking for a more defined shape to his nose. He is only 2 months post op. The best compliment a surgeon can get is when a patient’s friends/family can’t even tell that someone had a procedure done. It means that the result is natural to the point that it looks (and feels) like it’s the nose they should have been born with. I feel so blessed to be entrusted by my patients. He still swelling that will subside over the coming months.

Immediate on the table result of before and after of a primary rhinoplasty. The patient also had a septal perforation repair done at the same time. Since she was missing the majority of her septum, she also underwent rib grafting to the nose.

Before and after photo of a rhinoplasty 3 months post op (very early result!). This handsome young man couldn’t breathe secondary to a traumatic deformity. He required rib reconstruction of the nose to restore his nasal anatomy, getting him breathing better, and looking great!

Three Months Post-Op:

I am thrilled to see one of my favorite patients in the office today! These are her before and after photos 3 months after her primary rhinoplasty. This is a very early result, but the subtle changes of improved tip rotation, and reduced dorsal height enhance her natural aesthetic! She has mild swelling that will continue to subside.

One Year Post-Op:

One year after her Primary Rhinoplasty. She healed wonderfully, and looks amazing! Im thrilled to see her so happy, with a natural aesthetic!
