Before and After Male Rhinoplasy
Happy to share before and after photos of male rhinoplasty. The patient had a nasal fracture, deviated nasal septum, and nasal saddling. Saddling refers to collapse of the bridge. He underwent rib reconstruction to improve his breathing and aesthtetic.

I had a functional septoplasty, turbinate reduction, and sinus surgery done by Dr. Mourad and Dr. Garrett Bennett. My severely deviated septum was causing breathing issues and I’d been getting sinus infections about 3 times a year for quite some time. Nearly all of my breathing and sinus issues have vastly improved since the surgery and Dr. Mourad was very responsive post op – he even went as far to answer a misguidedly frantic late night phone call following my surgery about some concerns I had. Very professional and competent, beautiful office, and has the most wonderful staff.

I have searched for a doctor to repair my nasal septal perforation and both NYU and the VA medical center said the hole was too big to repair. Finally when my nasal collapsed I searched and found Dr. Mourad. I was nervous at my first appointment because of the embarrassment around this sensitive issue. But Dr. Mourad was very understanding and non judgmental, he listen to all of my concerns and took time with me. He seemed confident that he could fix the nasal perforation and did the surgery. I still cannot believe that he was able to repair my nose and that I could breath. An added bonus is my nose looks beautiful and natural. I could not say enough good things about this doctor and his staff and would highly recommend Dr. Mourad to my family, friends and anyone who needs a competent, detail oriented, understanding surgeon that creates beautiful results.
Ethnic Rhinoplasty Before and After
Excited to share before and after on the table photos of a complex revision rhinoplasty. The patient had a prior rhinoplasty with placement of a synthetic graft more than 10 years ago. She wanted a more enhanced, balanced aesthetic, without the use of synthetics. See the synthetic removed as well as the rib graft that was used to re-contour the nose. With the use of rib grafting material, we were able to achieve a better result that is natural and long lasting. I feel so blessed to be entrusted by my wonderful patients.

Female Facelift Before and After
Excited to share before and after photos of a female facelift. This wonderful 63-year-old patient came in wanting a more youthful, rested, and refreshed look. She underwent a deep plane facelift and neck lift. This procedure reduces neck webbing, or “turkey gobbler” neck. It also reduces the deep lines (nasolabial grooves) around the mouth. She’s thrilled with her results, and feel blessed to be trusted with her care.
