I was suffering from a lot of functional breathing issues that was impacting my quality of life. I live in India, and went to see an ENT there, that straight away suggested surgery. Which was supposed to be purely functional without any cosmetic alterations (as I loved my nose and didn’t want any changes).
However, something drastically went wrong during the surgery, and it left me with a disfigured, significantly shortened and upturned nose with a hump (which never existed before). The mental trauma was such that for an entire year, I walked around with my nose taped, to hide deformity!
It was a challenging case, and quite a few surgeons in the U.S said they couldn’t get it back to my original as too much damage was done!
However, that all changed when I met Dr.Mourad! His calmness and confidence reassured me! He studied my original face, analysed it and he not only delivered everything he promised, but he far exceeded my expectations! He got me back to my original self and dare I say with an upgrade! If my original nose was a 9/10.. Dr.Mourad has made it a 10/10!
The entire process was made seamless, he followed up with me throughout the recovery process, his staff were beyond kind! Not only is Dr.Mourad a god at what he does, but he is also a true gentleman!
I cannot express enough gratitude for Dr. Mourad’s incredible talent, compassion, and dedication. My daughter suffered a broken nose during a high school basketball game after taking a hard hit to the face. At first, we weren’t sure if it was truly broken or just badly swollen, so we sent a photo to Dr. Mourad for guidance. In mere seconds, he could tell it was fractured—a moment that devastated my daughter. Being a young girl in high school is already challenging, and the sudden change in her appearance only added to her distress.
From the very first interaction, Dr. Mourad was reassuring, kind, and incredibly responsive. He scheduled an appointment the very next day to go over her options, taking into account her active lifestyle as a three-season athlete. Understanding her eagerness to heal and return to sports, he and his team moved swiftly, scheduling her surgery within the week.
Now, just two weeks post-surgery, her nose looks absolutely amazing. Dr. Mourad not only restored her original shape—he may have even made it look a little better! My daughter is beyond grateful for his skilled hands, and as a parent, I am in awe of how seamlessly he guided us through this experience with warmth, patience, and expertise.
