After a long week, it was great to see one of my post-op patients in the office. This wonderful patient of mine had a rhinoplasty for both breathing and cosmetic issues. She had a reduction of her dorsal hump and refinement of her nasal tip, providing her with a more balanced nasal aesthetic.

This is a lovely patient of mine that underwent upper eyelid surgery with me 4 months ago. One of the most common complaints that I get is that patients often look “tired”. They also complain that it is difficult to apply makeup, and they have to “lift up” their skin to get the makeup just right. This can be related to excessive upper eyelid skin drooping downwards secondary to the effects of aging and gravity. Surgery involves removing portions of excess skin, in addition to fat and muscle (if necessary). Surgery is designed to “restore” the upper eyelid crease as seen in this patient. Excessive resection can lead to a hollowed appearance that may make patients actually look older than they are.

Happy to share this before and after of this wonderful young gentleman after a closed rhinoplasty. No external incisions, minimal swelling, minimal pain, minimal down time.

Thrilled to share before and after male facelift! This wonderful Park Ave patient came in wanting to look more refreshed and youthful without an operated look. He is seen here only 2 months postoperatively after a facelift and necklift.

This is a wonderful Park Ave patient of mine who came in unsatisfied with his outcome after surgery with another area surgeon. I was able to perform a revision rhinoplasty using the patient’s own rib. Through a 1.2 cm minimally invasive access incision, I was able to obtain the graft that was used to reconstruct the internal portions of the nose. His problem areas were a droopy tip, poor tip definition, dorsal hump, and a nonfunctioning nose.
