MediSpa by NOURA is the non-surgical arm of Dr. Moustafa Mourad's practice in New York City. Treatments — injectables, radiofrequency microneedling, laser, and hair restoration — are performed by licensed providers under physician oversight, with the same emphasis on candidacy and restraint that defines the surgical practice. The aim is to explain what a treatment can and cannot do before anything is recommended.
Non-surgical care is matched to the concern, not offered by default. Some patients are better served by a single in-office treatment; others are better served by surgery, and that is said plainly. The MediSpa is kept structurally separate from the surgical procedures so that a non-surgical option is never positioned as an equivalent to an operation when an operation is the appropriate treatment.
